Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery unless they arrived defective or were sent in error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us so we can assist you.
