Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, sales events, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

• Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local, state, or federal regulations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot legally be shipped to the destination provided.
